3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You may pursue claims in small claims court if they qualify. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS. Claims must be brought individually.

12.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
